Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Orders ship from our Sydney warehouse within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking email with carrier details and an estimated delivery date once dispatched.

Express

Australia Post — orders before 12pm AEST ship same day, after 12pm ship next business day.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (allow +1 day for WA)

International

Free express international shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Shipped via Australia Post Express International. Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days.

Customs & import duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged in their own country
  • Toasty Life is legally required to declare the full purchase value on all shipments and include an invoice for customs clearance
  • For more details, please check with your local customs office before ordering

Return to origin

If an order is returned to us because customs charges were refused or unpaid, a return handling fee of $50 AUD will be deducted once the item is processed back into our warehouse.

Order changes

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations
  • Please double-check your details carefully — particularly your email and shipping address — before submitting your order
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.
