When choosing your size, remember they are designed to be oversized and feel like you are wrapped in a warm cosy blanket. The adjustable velcro cuffs keep the sleeves snug and the cold out while allowing you the ability to easily  loosen them and tuck your arms inside the jacket to change.

X small – 130cm- 165cm (4’2”- 5’4”)

Small – 140cm -171cm (4’5”- 5’-6”)  

Medium–160cm -185cm (5’2” – 6’)

Large-175cm – 195cm  ( 5’9” – 6’4”)

If you don’t want to change under your jacket, you may choose to go for a smaller size to provide a snugger fit.

Your Toasty Ultimate Weatherproof Jacket is an investment that if looked after well will last for years to come.

If required, it can be machine washed inside out on a gentle cold cycle using a mild detergent, and hung to dry. We recommend spot cleaning or wiping down with a damp cloth.

Do not iron, bleach or dry clean.

• Orders ship from our Brisbane warehouse within 1 business day.
• You’ll receive a tracking email with carrier details and an estimated delivery date once dispatched.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

• Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post) – + $10

• Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship same business day.
• Orders placed after 12pm ship the next business day.
• Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (allow +1 business day for WA)

INTERNATIONAL

Free Express International Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

• Shipped via Australia Post Express International
• Estimated delivery: 3–12 business days

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged in their own country.
• Toasty Life is legally required to declare the full purchase value on all shipments and include an invoice for customs clearance.

RETURN TO ORIGIN

If an order is returned to us because customs charges were refused or unpaid, a return handling fee of $50 AUD will be deducted once the item is processed back into our warehouse.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Please double-check your details carefully—particularly your email and shipping address—before submitting your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your TOASTY and never want to take it off! However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition
• All tags and labels must remain attached
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not received in its original condition

RETURN COSTS

• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs
• International customers are also responsible for any return customs duties or taxes

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please contact us with your name, order number, and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will respond with return instructions.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect your item.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or exchange and cover reasonable return postage costs.
