The outer layer is constructed from durable acrylic that repels water keeping your head dry and shielded from the elements. The middle layer consists of a breathable membrane that allows moisture to escape while preventing water from seeping in. The inner layer is designed with a soft and cozy fleece lining, providing an extra layer of insulation and warmth.

We hope you love your TOASTY and never want to take it off!  However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and do want to return or exchange it, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on full priced items returned within 14 days of delivery to you.

Please note all items returned MUST be in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached to the product and all packaging included.  We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in new condition. 

We offer free returns within Australia only for full priced jackets on the original purchase for a refund or exchange within 14 days.  Sale items must be returned at the buyers expense and may be subject to a return handling fee.

International orders are subject to all associated postage costs for returns.

To start the return process, please email us through the contact us page  with your name and order number along with a brief reason why you are not satisfied and we will respond with further instructions for return.  

Refunds and exchanges will be processed only once we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If the products that you received are deemed faulty, defective or you received the wrong product, a full refund will be offered, and postage costs reimbursed.
