I'm loving my new Toasty! I wouldn't be able to get through my winter swims without it, particularly with the post-swim temperature drop, it's making such a difference.
I get lots of compliments on the colour and it's even bright enough to see when swimming back to shore, so we know which section of beach to swim towards. I wouldn't be without it!

I've had my Toasty jacket just a few weeks now and Love it. It's so warm as I snuggle in after my ocean swim. It's also easy to change in the coat. Love the colour and the two inside pockets are great! Thanks for your design, it's going to keep me cozy and dry all winter long.

I needed to change to a different size (don't go too small if you want to change inside the coat) and they were very helpful.
It is way very big than size that they indicated.Slow customer service, got a exchange size.
Hi Ipak, As we communicated over email at the time, our warehouse was in the path of a cyclone and had to close for a couple of days which meant your exchange was processed a few days later than you were hoping for. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this weather event that was beyond our control.

Purchased a Toasty jacket for my daughter who plays waterpolo. It’s perfect for the cooler poolside games - especially when the play in the ocean pools around Sydney. The coat is soooo cozy - immediately warms her up. And it’s far more waterproof than a typical deck coat.
Very happy with the Toasty- especially like the pockets!
Size was right and gives me room to change under it.
I wish I was warm and toasty in my new Toasty coat BUT I have NOT received it.
Sorry you have not recieved your jacket. As mentioned in an email we sent you through customer service, the Canadian postal services went on strike after your order arrived in Canada so it is being held by your local postal service awaiting delivery when the resume service. Unfortunately this is out of our control and there is nothing we can do. It will arrive.
Absolutely love this jacket. We sunrise swim in the lake twice a week and this jacket is everything!!!!
I love its warmth but the zip is a little sticky. Hoping it eases with time.

There is a product called silicone spray which can be purchased at hardware stores such as Bunnings for under $10 that helps to improve the sliding of the zip. I bought Toasty to start swimming in winter and tried it today, now it’s my new morning routine, with Toasty it’s super comfy! Excellent quality, winter proof, super warm before and after swimming. Love it, thank you so much ☺️
