Received my Toasty within 7days of ordering. And have used it twice and soooo happy with it and can't wait for winter to arrive next year. Quality of product looks and feel very good.
Use the size guide! I'm 6'2" and 90kg and ordered a medium and it's a good fit for what I need. If going to be using as a changing robe (which I'm not) would've possibly gone a large.
Ordered the toasty khaki jacket in xs and it’s perfect. I love the length on me, but if you are looking for longer I would recommend the small.
Love my Toasty!!! Its great for taking the wetsuit off discreetly at the beach and staying beautifully nice and warm.

I'm loving my new Toasty! I wouldn't be able to get through my winter swims without it, particularly with the post-swim temperature drop, it's making such a difference.
I get lots of compliments on the colour and it's even bright enough to see when swimming back to shore, so we know which section of beach to swim towards. I wouldn't be without it!

I've had my Toasty jacket just a few weeks now and Love it. It's so warm as I snuggle in after my ocean swim. It's also easy to change in the coat. Love the colour and the two inside pockets are great! Thanks for your design, it's going to keep me cozy and dry all winter long.

This jacket is the best to out on straight after a swim! Also been wearing it at the kids sports games and just staying toasty! There’s no bad weather, just inappropriate clothing.

I needed to change to a different size (don't go too small if you want to change inside the coat) and they were very helpful.
It is way very big than size that they indicated.Slow customer service, got a exchange size.
Hi Ipak, As we communicated over email at the time, our warehouse was in the path of a cyclone and had to close for a couple of days which meant your exchange was processed a few days later than you were hoping for. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this weather event that was beyond our control.
This jacket delivers quality and assurance to keep me warm and dry. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm considering another colour. 😊
